I met Veronica a few years ago at a cross fit class in Walnut Creek. \u00a0She was visiting her sister from Europe and was only in California for the summer. \u00a0Back home she is a personal trainer and a bad ass. \u00a0She gets people in shape and to live healthier lives. \u00a0We talked about doing a fitness shoot the next time she came to the Bay Area. \u00a0She contacted me thru instagram a few years later and we were able to do a fitness session in Walnut Creek. \u00a0We did these outdoors and really got some awesome fitness photos. \u00a0To capture the best fitness photos, it’s important to use artificial lighting. \u00a0I wanted to over power the sun, and create my own dramatic lighting. \u00a0We used oil to give her a little shine to photos.<\/p>\n

Being able to control the light for fitness photography is the most important. \u00a0Placing shadows in the right places and the highlights in the other.<\/p>\n
